Your company’s digital team, by the month.
One monthly fee, one dedicated point of contact, and your entire digital side taken care of: website, tools, content, automations and security monitoring. You make the calls, we get it done.
Who it’s for
A small business with no in-house team
The website, the tools and the social accounts are split among three people who have other jobs. Nothing is broken, and nothing moves forward.
A leadership team with no time left to make the calls
You don’t need one more vendor. You need someone to connect the dots between the ones you have.
A growing company
Every new service needs a page, a form, an automation. That’s what your monthly hours are for, with no quote each time.
What you get
What’s covered
- Your website: updates, new pages, fixes
- Your tools: forms, calendars, trackers, and how they connect
- Your content: pages, articles, visuals, posts
- Your automations: whatever repeats every week
- Monitoring: updates, backups, security, compliance
Every month
- A thirty-minute check-in on a set date
- A written report: what got done, what’s coming, what’s stuck
- Next month’s priorities, decided together
How it works
Assessment
Thirty days to map what you have: logins, tools, content, risks.
Plan
A written scope and a priority order. That’s what sets the monthly fee.
Execution
Fixes that get in your customers’ way come first, then the deeper work.
Report
A dated document every month. Nothing important gets decided verbally.
Adjustments
You redirect the scope when your business changes, with no new quote.
The assessment covers the first thirty days. The monthly plan starts after that, month to month, with no minimum term.
What makes the difference
Hours, not tickets
You don’t pay job by job: you hand over an area and a set number of hours each month. Priorities are agreed together, without haggling over every request.
Continuity is the product
An art direction holds up over time because someone keeps it on track. A content structure keeps pace with the business because someone adjusts it.
Security is work
Patches, backups and access need regular attention. It’s the part nobody sees, until the day everybody does.
Our commitments
Written into the contract, not just good intentions.
Response time
A reply within one business day. A security emergency jumps ahead of everything else.
Backups
Daily backups, with restores actually tested, not just configured.
Updates
Security patches applied and verified, with no visible downtime for your visitors.
Monthly report
A written, dated document that spells out what was done and what’s left.
Ownership
Everything we produce belongs to you. No account is ever opened in our name.
How we get started
Thirty-day assessment
The first month maps what you already have. It produces a costed plan and the exact scope of the monthly plan.
Taking over access
We step into your tools, we don’t replace them. What works stays.
First wave
Quick fixes first: whatever is getting in your customers’ way today.
How we wrap up
An exit planned up front beats a clause you discover later.
One month’s notice
No penalty, and no reason required.
Access handover
A document listing every account, every service and every renewal date, with passwords moved into your password manager.
A one-month transition
For thirty days, we answer questions from whoever takes over.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Partner plan include building the website?
No. A new website, a brand identity or an app is a project, paid for once. Partner hours go to improvements, connected tools and satellites, not to redesigns.
Do I need another plan on top of Partner?
No. Partner includes the whole Active plan. You choose a project, then a single plan.
What’s the difference between Active and Partner?
Active looks after what you already have: website, Google Business Profile, booking calendar, a few satellites. Partner moves things forward: production time every month, more satellites, custom satellites, and someone who sets priorities with you.
What is a satellite?
A digital teammate that does one specific task inside your tools: answering inquiries, monitoring your reviews, preparing a follow-up. It works in orbit around your website, and it asks you before sending anything.
Why are spots limited?
Because our response-time commitment only holds with a small number of partnerships running at once. When every spot is taken, we open a waitlist instead of saying yes and letting you down.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The plan is monthly and ends with one month’s notice. What should keep our clients around is the work, not the contract.
What if a month is quieter?
Hours don’t roll over from one month to the next. A quiet month goes to the deeper work: security, performance, cornerstone content, technical debt.
Can you take over a website you didn’t build?
Yes, after an assessment. If it’s in good shape, we take it over as is. If it isn’t, we tell you before we commit.
Let’s talk about your project.
Tell us where things stand. We reply within one business day with an honest opinion, even when the timing isn’t right.
